- HOW IS IT FREE?
 The concert is FREE because Home Valley Bank has sponsored it. The concert is brought to you through the Towne Center Association Business Members. The City of Grants Pass has provided the permits and some of the safety personnel. CERT (Citizens Emergency Response Team) is providing the bulk of the safety personnel on a volunteer basis.
